Croissants and Cookie Dough

  • 4 small croissants
  • 12 tablespoons chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants: Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each croissant open horizontally, creating a pocket for the cookie dough.
  2. Fill with cookie dough: Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough per croissant, slightly flatten it, and press it firmly into the inside of each sliced croissant.
  3. Close the croissants: Place the top half of the croissant back over the cookie dough, enclosing the filling inside.
  4. Add cookie dough topping: Flatten 1 tablespoon of cookie dough for each croissant and place it on top of the closed croissant.
  5. Air fry the crookies: Arrange the croissants in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and air fry for 3 minutes, allowing the cookie dough to bake and the croissant to crisp.
