- 1.5 cups fresh pineapple, finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, ribs and seeds removed (optional), finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
Seasonings
