Protein Coffee Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Whole milk (or any kind you like; cold)
  • 1 scoop Whey protein isolate (23 tablespoons)
  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Vanilla Syrup (optional)
  • 6 oz Brewed coffee (or cold brew; or 1/4 cup espresso)

Instructions

  1. Prepare protein mixture: Combine the milk, whey protein isolate, and vanilla syrup (if using) in a jar. Shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy and the protein is fully dissolved.
  2. Make hot protein coffee: Pour the milk-protein mixture over your freshly brewed hot coffee in a mug. Stir well to blend flavors thoroughly and enjoy immediately.
