  • 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
  • 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Creamy Crab Mixture: In a bowl, combine the imitation crab, Japanese mayo, ponzu sauce, cream cheese, and masago. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated, resulting in a creamy and flavorful crab mixture.
  2. Prepare Spicy Tuna Mixture: Drain the canned tuna from oil and flake it with a fork. In another bowl, mix the tuna with Japanese mayo, Korean chili paste, cream cheese, and black pepper until evenly blended and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Sushi Bake: In a baking dish, spread the creamy crab mixture evenly as the bottom layer. Follow by spreading the spicy tuna mixture evenly on top of the crab layer, creating distinct layers.
  4. Bake the Sushi: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the top is slightly browned and heated through.
