Ingredients

Scale

Wraps

  • 4 12-inch wrap style tortillas

Filling

  • 1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomato Spread
  • 8 oz Boar’s Head Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, shaved
  • 4 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Spread and layer: Spread about 2 tablespoons of sun dried tomato spread evenly over each tortilla. Then layer 2 ounces of shaved oven roasted turkey breast over the spread, followed by approximately 1 cup of fresh spinach on top.
  2. Roll and chill: Starting at one end, tightly roll up each tortilla completely to encase the filling. Place the wraps in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes to help them set and make slicing easier.
  3. Trim and slice: If desired, cut off the uneven ends of each wrap to create neat edges. Then slice each wrap into 8 smaller pinwheel-style pieces for serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh spinach for the best texture and flavor; baby spinach works great.
  • Chilling the wraps before slicing helps maintain their shape and makes them easier to cut.
  • These wraps can be made a few hours ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
  • Try adding a little shredded cheese or a light spread of cream cheese for extra creaminess.
